Great personable service from a team who care

We’ve recently used Charters Parkgate for a sale and purchase. From initial contact they were polite and considered and have been diligent to find the right buyer for our property as well as taking the time to understand what we were looking for in our next home. The communication and support from the whole team has been personable and responsive and particular thanks to Tilly who has been a real delight to work with. I have used the Winchester branch of Charters Estate Agents. Oliver Purvis, Manager and his team, especially Alice Mackonochie, have made the sale of my late mother's house as straightforward and seemless as possible. They have been great at marketing and selling the house and have been extremely helpful at all times. Their communication has been excellent. Jo Goddard the sales communicator has contacted me every week to update me on how the sale has been progressing. She has been helpful and positive throughout. I am not local to the area, and needed to deal with everything long distance. The team at this estate agents have made everything straight forward and stress free. I would highly recommend them.

We've had a fantastic experience with Charters so far. They have been so proactive and professional in helping us find a suitable property. Cameron at the Chandlers Ford branch was exceptional when viewing several properties with him. So professional, knowledgeable and engaged. We were purchasing a property through the Alton office which unfortunately we did not complete on but that was no fault of the team at Alton. Quite the opposite Darcy went out of his way to try to get agreement with the seller but we had to walk away in the end. These guys are the most professional agents we have ever dealt with. Although we didn't end up proceeding with a purchase with Charters I would like to say that Tilly Orsmond was a pleasure to deal with, and the most professional estate agent that we dealt with during our house hunt. Tilly took time to understand our needs and requirements, and was refreshingly proactive in suggesting houses that we initially weren't considering but did tick the boxes of our search. She was also the most consistent person we dealt with in regards to following up and checking in with us, which elevated her above other agents we were dealing with. Sarah from Charters is excellent. She was able to introduce the properties that fits my needs and requirements. Even though I had some limitations to view the properties in person, she tried to accommodate my request and provide videos for my preliminary viewing.
