Sarah Bainbridge was our Lettings Negotiator and she has been amazing! Previously we made an offer for a property (on 15th March) and sadly we were not selected. Since then she has been in touch offering other potential properties. We kind of lost our hopes as it seemed rather hard to find a place that's within our budget as well as having a pet-friendly landlord. However, Sarah didn't give up on us and called me on the 25th March. I went to see a property that's just been opened and not yet put in the market. I made an offer that evening and fortunately the landlord picked us! Gary Brown (Letting Manager) sent me all the paper works the next day. We went with Charters to sell our house, after a disappointing service from another agency. The marketing was excellent, getting plenty more viewings, and within a few weeks they had found us a buyer. Then our sales progressor Kayleigh saw us through the sales process, which proved long and arduous but Kayleigh was an excellent and efficient communicator and kept things moving - and even stepped in, above and beyond, when our solicitor badly let us down. Lily was a star of the show!

So we had the pleasure of working will Lily from Charters. We are moving from the north of country so she made every aspect of viewing homes easier. Including personally making an effort to look for homes for us when the landlord decided to sell the one we wanted. The second time we came we met Lily she waited 45 minutes for us as we were late, she had already booked out a longer time for us. For a young lady she had a fantastic work ethic! Our whole experience with Charters has been very, very good. Harrison has been brilliant too! Impressive experience with the Chandlers Ford office

We have been very impressed by Charters at Chandlers Ford. Our initial look around the property was relaxed and fun with Jake. He put us at our ease and joined in with our enthusiastic responses to different aspects of the property. Cameron was a delight when we made our offer and visited the office. He was realistic but encouraging and we left hopeful that things would go our way. Shannon and Simeon are Superstars!

When we started our property search we had that feeling of dread, you know the feeling, right? Checking online everyday, nothing that looks very good unless you want to increase your budget by 50%! Well, not this time for us as Charters have been so amazing. Their Romsey, Chandlers Ford, and Winchester branches worked together and supplied us with a string of viewings. We met with Lettings Manager Simeon Field for the viewings and he was very professional, relaxed, and ultra-smartly dressed! Shannon Wilton the Lettings Negotiator was super helpful in arranging our viewings and with the admin process once we offered on a property. Fantastic service from start to finish

We noticed the property that we have now rented and within a few days we had a viewing arranged. Harrison from Park Gate showed myself and my daughter around. He was lovely, answered questions I had and let us have a good look around without rushing us. From viewing to signing was a matter of weeks. Through out the process, Martha has been amazing. The Perfect Storme

The whole experience with Charters Park Gate has been nothing short of textbook. I initially contacted the team early in February and had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Storme, who throughout the process, has been exceptional. From her initial visit, where she was the perfect mix of professional and personable, to her help and advice during negotiation, where she remained patient and reasonable, it was a real breath of fresh air. The photography that was taken of my home was fantastic; the team really took time and care to make sure that my home portrayed in the way it should be. Viewings were conducted in good time and around whatever time worked for my family and I. It really felt like the team took the time to learn the particulars about my home too, which gave me great confidence that anyone that came to see my home left with as few queries as possible. Amazing service from Storme at Park Gate office

Amazing service from Storme at Park Gate. From the beginning Storme was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable and she always kept me informed of any progress.
