The Winchester branch of Charters has been dealing with our house sale. We have had great communication with the team and helpful feedback. Alice Mackonochie in their sales team has been particularly helpful, and Oliver Purvis, director, has made sure that everything has gone smoothly. They have taken the 'stress'out of selling!

We viewed properties with Simon, who has a remarkable knowledge of properties in the area. The property has taken a longer than expected to complete. That being said, Simon and Stephen have provided regular communication updates and have been very professional throughout the entire process. GoogleAn excellent service! A difficult time to sell but at each twist we were able to turn to Matthew Clarke (Manager) for sound advice. His staff are friendly and very professional; we felt they had throughly acquainted themselves with the house and got to know us too. Their confidence in the houses' ability to sell was very reassuring but not in any way overstated or crass. It took a few months (and 5 buyers) to sell and Charters were with us at each step along the way.

GoogleAfter finding out we needed an immediate move, we went to several different agents for help but I can hands down say that I have never received a service that even closely matches that of Charters. Every phone call, email or face to face was perfect in terms of service. We dealt mostly with Sarah who was absolutely wonderful and really seemed to take a genuine interest in helping us through such a stressful time. I honestly would recommend them to anyone. Thank you so much.
