GoogleWe had Jessica crouch help us find a rental property and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Very friendly and went above and beyond to help us find the perfect place, we looked at a few properties and when we couldn’t find the right one she would call us when new ones came on the market which was extremely helpful and she helped us finally find the right one! Would highly recommend to anyone and she deserves all the credit.

GoogleThe entire team at Charters Bishop's Waltham have proved to be outstanding. They are polite, organised and efficient and most importantly produce results. From Matt's initial advice about our home, the unfailing enthusiasm shown by Jonny and Dale combined with the backup from the rest of the team we have been hugely impressed. They do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it and their advice has proved to be "spot on". We will have no hesitation recommending them to anyone in the area thinking of moving.

Listed our house with Charters in Alresford. Good communication and quickly sent photographer for online viewing. Sold house within a week. Once sold our progressor, Jo, has worked hard to get the sale through. It’s taken since October but problems have been resolved and finally we exchanged today. Thank you particularly to Jo for being there and chasing to make things happen.

This is the second time that i have sold through Charters and it has been a good choice both times. Selling houses is one thing, but progressing the sale through to exchange in such a smooth way is quite something.
