Great service from start to finish. Charters recommended a rent that was well in excess of that achieved only a year before, yet had a number of viewings in the first few days. Letting agreed quickly at full asking rent, paperwork done during the Christmas period, easy with online document signing, and the tenant has moved in and appears to be more than happy. So are we!

We had 3 viewers lined up before the house was even marketed online and sold to one of those in the first week! Wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Avoid these people at all cost, our family has been on property for 3 month now. We have 2 small children and nothing gets repaired, the shower doesn't work properly the washing machine is draining into buckets among several other issues that affect our daily life unfortunately we still have 9 more month to go.
Thank you for taking the time in speaking to us today. We understand your frustration that maintenance remains outstanding at your property. The Landlord who owns the property and is the other party in your tenancy agreement has been quite clear in their instructions that they do not want to proceed with any maintenance at the property. We are unable to override this request and do have to follow their instruction. It has now been outlined to them that you two of the issues including the washing machine are your main concerns. We have already reached out to your landlord and awaiting their reply on how they wish to proceed in addressing these two main maintenance issues. We will of course reach out and provide you with the update as soon as this is received. I understand that you have been provided with direct contract information for our Director of Property Management should you ever feel that you are not getting the responses you require.

A complex, and at times, rather fraught chain that in most cases would have collapsed if it wasn't for Jo Goddard, and also Gemma Hill, holding it all together, and in the end going well over and above what you would expect from an agent.
