GoogleVery bad customer service! We are looking for a rental property and we liked one. The staff said to call him when he is at office. We called around 8 times to the office to talk that staff Harrison and requested to call back. But they never called back. Such a waste of time! We never use their services anymore!

Charters properties response yesterday (21/01/2026) was exceptional, a case too many. I called in the evening about a faulty heater and the Plumber came within couple of hours to get it fixed.

An excellent and outstanding company to deal with, Simon Edser sold us the house of our dreams, despite the challenges of Covid-19 and the lack of property stock. I must also mention Amy Steele who has also been so amazing, as she has kept us fully updated, and followed up the progress of this purchased every step of the way.
