A complex, and at times, rather fraught chain that in most cases would have collapsed if it wasn't for Jo Goddard, and also Gemma Hill, holding it all together, and in the end going well over and above what you would expect from an agent. Challenging market conditions and early stages of generating interest & getting viewings arranged was ok, but not brilliant. Communication over the longer than hoped for period on sale could have been much better, however, after an offer had been formalised (well below guide price suggested) follow up process and communications were excellent and very responsive.

I have been very impressed with Nathan Ford overseeing me to find a property to purchase. I had sold my property a few months ago. Nathan called on a regular basis to see if I was still needing to find a property and was very proactive in finding me properties to view once they came on the market. I would definitely use charters again.
