We were selling and purchasing through Charters. Once we had offers agreed on both sides we were handed over to Jo Goddard who regularly checked in with us to provide updates.The exchange/completion process was complex and at one point fell through. Jo remained plugged into the situation being able to provide up to the minute updates when all parties were frantically trying to determine next steps.A few days later everything went through.

Charters did a great job of letting our house. In fact, before we had even advertised it publicly, Sarah Bainbridge had found some tenants who were willing to pay the rent at asking price. Martha O'Sullivan and the rest of the team then proved highly efficient at managing the subsequent paperwork and our tenants have now moved in, on time. Thanks very much to the Charters team!
