From a buyers perspective, Charters were excellent once my offer was accepted, with the excellent Jo Goddard assigned to the sale process. Jo was brilliant to communicate with, she was friendly, helpful, pragmatic, always easy to contact and prompt to return calls and she really helped keep things moving between the various agents and solicitors and buyers and sellers. Terrible communication

Terrible communication, say they will call back then dont, they all sound very confused in the letting department and have often asked me for the same information numerous times to be passed on - then when I call back (because no one calls me back) they ask all over again, just avoid! Plenty other good agents to use - Shannon & Simon at Romsey have been horrendous!
