TrustpilotI cannot thank Jo Goddard enough
I cannot thank Jo Goddard enough. Quite simply, she single-handedly got our exchange and completion date confirmed, without her, I genuinely believe we would still be waiting.

TrustpilotAs an international Expatriate from…
As an international Expatriate from Germany, I was searching for an accomodation for my family (5 people in total + dog) to stay in the UK. I anticipated this to be one of the most challenging aspects of the assignment. But due to the outstanding support of SARAH BAINBRIDGE and Charters, I was able to find the right property to rent for all of us. Immediate response, open and transparent communication, fast processing etc. I am very happy and thankful for the support!

TrustpilotCharters- Best estate agent in Alton!
We cannot thank Charters Alton enough for their exemplary service. We were unfortunate through no fault of of own to encounter several drawn out set backs, and Charters remained patient and professional throughout. We had used another local agent prior who we felt offered an inferior service to Charters. Ed Kendall personally worked tirelessly throughout when the pressure was on to ensure our chain stayed together along with Lewis and Jack in the background. Charters are without doubt the best estate agent in the area and we cannot recommend them enough.

TrustpilotFantastic service from Jo and Mark at the Winchester branch. Thank you
Charters have been fantastic through the sale of our property. Mark and his colleagues did a great job with the marketing and sale of our house. Jo then took on the job as sales pregressor She worked tirelessly to ensure the sale completed. After a long and tricky chain she maintained professionalism and got the job done whilst communicating with us the whole time. I think it’s safe to say the deal would not have gone through without Jo. We also used their recommended solicitors, Dutton Gregory, who were equally as professional and efficient.

Emma this is great to hear, both Jo and Mark will be delighted.

TrustpilotJo you’re amazing !
Jo is & has been a life saver! The fact that this is not my first purchase so I’m aware about how complicated a sale/purchase process could be … but wow I’ve never been so uneasy with a purchase with all the worrying and headache ! BUTTT Jo was amazing! The fact that my own sales estate company weren’t the one calling me to update me in the transaction but Jo was (who in fact she was someone else’s estate agent in the chain! ) it only shows how much of a good and kind hearted person she is. She definitely went the extra mile and I’m happy we all finally got what we wanted at the end ! I’m really amazed with Jo’s character and honestly she’s amazing ! Thank you Jo !

TrustpilotExcellent service particularly from Rebecca Oglesby
Excellent service from Rebecca Oglesby at ChartersDuring a difficult period in the property market where trying to find the ideal home was nearly impossible, Rebecca came to our rescue.Rebecca provided us with up to date market analysis and understood our requirements so we weren’t just having any house put in front of us. This meant we only viewed properties which ticked 90% - 100% of our boxes, saving us time and not wasting the vendors time.Professional service, best estate agent I have come across in the last 7 years or so.Thank you!

TrustpilotA job very well done
We recently utilized the services of Charters Chandlers Ford when letting our new home. The whole experience was incredibly professional with Simeon Field being incredibly engaging, supportive & offering clear & concise communication throughout. The dreaded reference process was surprisingly seamless with Charters using a phone based application to progress this phase of the requirement. All in all a great estate agents to work with with Simeon at the forefront.

TrustpilotGreat, personal service!
Really happy with Charters in Romsey, for their truly personal service. Tom knew the kind of property we wanted and were struggling to find. He suggested we viewed a property, that we thought was out if our reach, but thanks to their negotiations, we had an offer accepted on our dream home! We are so grateful for Tom and Victoria for their truly personal service.

Excellent service from Charters in Chandlers Ford. Their flat fee was actually slightly cheaper than other quotes and their sales progression team - mainly Lisa - kept pushing to get us into the new house. The agents in the office were excellent throughout the whole process of selling ans buying. Strong communication by all.

TrustpilotFace to face contact
Most of our personal contact has been with Toby, his enthusiasm to help has made the experience easier for us. Always willing to find information to answer our questions, including the curved balls we have thrown at him. Polite and well turned out, he represents Charters to a high level, as do the others we have meet along the way.

GoogleSarah Jeffery was extremely helpful with the whole process and worked really hard to secure the tenancy for us when there was a possibility that a sale would take place through another agent. She was highly efficient and we have been very impressed by Charters in general. Excellent service!
