Normally I would speak to several agents to get a rounded view of the market, but didn’t need to in this case, as the team did a thorough job from valuation to finding tenants very quickly, to the timeline that Simeon outlined 6 months before - all with a friendly, warm and attentive service.

I have been house hunting for several months in a competitive rental market. I registered with multiple estate agents and yet Charters were the only ones who actually actioned anything. It honestly blew my mind how little interest the other estate agents had in bothering with me, not even bothering to arrange viewings. Charters however, would contact me with new possibilities, respond quickly and arrange viewings ASAP. My case was particularly awkward with pets and UC but the whole team, Ellouise, Charlie, Cheryl and Juliette all worked with me to help me find a home. I am very grateful for their Charlie and Ellouise continuing to search and working so hard to get me sorted. They are an asset to the Alresford branch.

In what is a very hectic market, and with less than ideal dealings with other estate agents, Charters provided us with very prompt and professional service. Sarah Harris came twice to view our property a year apart from each visit and all our interactions with her have been amazing! She’s so attentive and extremely knowledgable in her profession. This was our first experience of moving house and she has made the process so easy and relaxing. I have used Charters twice recently and been extremely impressed with them both times.Firstly, they have been responsible for the sale of a house my church owns and they have been excellent - great advice, good communication without being too pushy, did everything they said they would when they said they would. Then, after this great experience, they helped me with letting another property and I found their letting team equally as good as their Sales team. Great service, very efficient, all communications brilliant.I would highlight Jess and Cheryl in Lettings and Kevin and Simon in Sales - all great customer service.

We were looking for a rental and found Kirsty at the Alresford branch fantastic to work with. She listened to us, always very friendly and professional. She even showed us properties we hadn’t considered and managed to secure it for us and quickly. She had great local knowledge. I would definitely recommend using Charters.
