From valuation to the sale of our property all the Staff of Charters have been thoroughly professional, helpful, courteous and a real pleasure to work with. They have kept us fully informed both prior to and with follow up to viewings, the latter being particularly useful and never unrealistically hopeful. We requested additional photography as Spring turned to Summer and the response was immediate and clearly very helpful to the sale. The photos were excellent. We have been especially well looked after by Sarah who always willingly went the extra mile to accommodate our requests. I feel sure that her personality was very helpful in achieving the final happy result of a sale. Thank you to whole team for the result.

I'm very happy with the attention provided by the Charters team (Simon Edser, Stephen Henry, Kevin Ashley, Becky). I felt updated all the way through, so never felt out of touch with events. The property was snapped up in the first week of launch by Charters, which was an excellent start. Stephen's regular contact (without my prompting) was very helpful.
