Ash at Charters has been absolutely incredible in his efforts to try and find us a rental property to suit our needs. I can’t speak highly enough of my experience with him! From the moment we walked into their office, we felt that these people would be able to do the perfect job for us, and so far things have moved VERY well with them. Within a week they had drawn up all the relevant paperwork, arranged to have, and the pictures taken, also going live, all within a space of 1 week. They also sent three different staff members to look over my house, and asked me questions about it, so that at least one member of staff could show potential buyers round, and would also be able to answer any questions that should arise.We couldn't believe how good the video was that came up with our house pictures, a totally unexpected welcome surprise. I have 100% confidence with all the staff.

These Estate Agents where very helpful throughout the purchasing process. I could call any time and received a pleasant, timely & well informed response. I was kept in the loop by my designated staff member (Kayleigh Ryan, many thanks!) through email and telephone. When I collected the keys the office was well presented, professional and welcoming. Their "in-house" mortgage providers also gave a 5/5 experience! All in all I look forward to doing business with them again when I need to!

What an absolute joy it is to work with Sarah Bainbridge! I've not rented in a long time and some of my knowledge of the processes is quite rusty. Sarah's been amazingly helpful talking me through how everything works, squeezed me in to view properties where there was no availability and went over and above to support me in finding the right property for me and made the whole experience easy and straight forward.
