We completed on my late mother’s house in Chandlers Ford yesterday and I cannot thank Charters enough for their professionalism and support all the way through the process. A special mention must go to Stephen Henry our sales progressor who has been simply amazing. Always at the end of a phone, explaining the process as it proceeded and his infinite patience and empathy during which was a difficult time for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Charters to anyone.

Olli came out to give me a valuation for the house and was honest from the start that it’s a different market but will work very hard to get interest through the door he also understood that I’m a widow and you feel vulnerable when doing things on your own. True to his word he got straight on to it and from the start contacting you about perspective buyers and sure enough it sold. Also the sales progression team are helpful keep you informed about the progress. The team in the office are all lovely and helpful. I’m looking forward to starting my new chapter.
