I would highly recommend charters Southampton both Clare Branker in the property management side who is always very efficient at getting things up to standard in my building. Always keeping me informed and most importantly is very personable. She has managed to get numerous issues sorted over the winter period. If your looking for a rental property in Southampton or Hampshire area and you are new to the area make sure it’s though Charters it’s a safe bet.

Charters were very responsive - arranged a valuation on the day of my call. Good local knowledge and experience meant that they were well-versed in the property and the development it is on. Used their contacts to generate interest.Kept an eye on pricing and offered useful advice to generate more interest as the market fell. Assiduous in keeping me informed throughout both the marketing and then the sales admin.Now very happy with the result - thank you to all the Alton team and Gwen and Gemma in Chandlers Ford.

We have been eyeing a particular property for some time and recently contacted Charters to arrange a viewing. The also suggested another property nearby that might suit? We met Richard at the first property, his knowledge was first class and answered all our questions, as he did the with the 2nd property. Sadly neither was exactly what we wanted, but must say if I was selling the Charters would be our first port of call. Excellent comms, and personable staff.

I contacted Natalie at Charters in Chandlers ford as we are looking for a house with in that area. Her service is impeccable . She rings me every Wednesday without fail to see how we are getting on with our search, she sends me information on up coming property’s . She is a credit to this company and because of her knowledge and attitude to her work , we are now listing our house with Charters. Charters have been absolutely fabulous to deal with. To give you a bit of background, we were with another agent and sadly had 2 sales fall through with them. We decided that enough was enough and called charters to bring them onto the sale. We first spoke with Jonathan who was so helpful and agreed that they could help us with our sale. We had an appointment booked in with them within a couple of days and Toby came around to our property to give a valuation and chat. He was really great and answered all of our queries! From the very beginning, there was no messing about and they marketed our property very promptly in line with our expectations. We were very anxious as we had a new build property reserved and we only had a short timescale to re-sell our property before the developer would release our plot for resale. We were always continually updated with the progress of our viewings by Toby, Erickson & Jonathan to keep our minds at rest. If we could give 10 stars for their service, we absolutely would. Thank you very much for your support. You have made our journey a pleasant one 🤗

Firstly the process to search for properties was very precise with the information provided about the property and the pictures. Secondly, the booking viewing was a very smooth process with catch up call and arrangements of more than one property to view within the vicinity of our search. Thirdly, Sarah Bainbridge facilitated our viewing she was very friendly and knowledgeable about the surrounding areas of our interest and very efficiently showed us each property very patiently she also drove us to each property since we had kids and made the viewing process very easy for us. Fourthly, she organised our referencing very effortlessly. I would highly recommend using charter estate agents if your looking for you next property. Overall it was a 10/10 for us.

Always a great experience with Charters. You do not feel like you have hired people you have to manage to get the results you want. They take initiative and you can just sit back while they do what was agreed. I have used Charters many times for a tenant find service.
