It’s all about trust, in a nutshell. Moving house is not just a deal or a transaction. It’s a promise, as well as a purchase. Our’s wasn’t straightforward or smooth. It was a rollercoaster! No matter what happened, our ‘guide at the side’ helped us navigate the journey. She was professional, personable and proactive. She delivered on her promises. Not just a house but a home. Excellent Letting Agents. My property has been handled by the Farnham staff Jacqui McKeown and Kirstie Stone for many years and have always had excellent service. I’ve just gone through a change of tenancy and the whole process was very smooth. All the paperwork is online can be dealt with quickly and completed in a matter of minutes. I can highly recommend them.

We had a lovely young lady by the name of Tilly Orsmond. She was our agent from Charters. My partner is disabled and in a wheel chair. It is very difficult for Pete to get in anywhere because of the frames on modern front and Patio doors have a bottom Upstand. Once Tilly understood his needs, she did her best to find places for him to get in. We really appreciated her efforts. We have now found somewhere To live. We got it before it even went.

With numerous estate agents to choose from, I am exceptionally pleased to have selected Charters of Southampton to sell my property. The first viewing was arranged before the property went online. 7 days of going online the property was sold STC. Additionally, a viewing had actually been booked for the same week which then had to be cancelled. The marketing for the sale was excellent, the staff were efficient, always polite and professional. I’m particularly pleased with my agent Phil Northover, he was courteous, passionate about what he does and professional. Perhaps most importantly though, Phil’s years of experience in the housing market (respectfully intended) was invaluable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charters of Southampton

We have been in the process of finding accomodation to rent in Southampton, with the help of Sophie Pickering. She has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. During the process there have been some issues and she navigated them with ease. She's gone above and beyond what most letting agents would have done/we have experienced in finding properties for us within our budget, and meeting our requirements. Richard obviously listened closely to what we said, and possibly didn't say about the properties we saw, because when a place which was a perfect fit came up, he got in touch and persuaded us to see it, despite my humming and hawing, not having seen the photos. And it was exactly what we were looking for and within our budget!From the moment we made the offer, the team have been super helpful and informative, helping us navigate our first purchase.
