We have been trying to find a new place and had the pleasure of having Ash as our estate agent. He showed us a few properties and actively tried to find a place that suited my family needs. Even though we did not rent a place through him (the dates were incompatible), he left us with a great positive impact. Jo has been our Sales Progressor for the last 5 months, and although it's been a tricky sale at times, she's always kept calm and reassuring (even though I may not have been myself!). I think we experienced one of the longest conveyances going but we got there - a 5 person chain, many a local byelaw nuance, some differing levels of commitment, a false start and few hiccups along the way, after a LOT of phone calls we all came out smiling in the end! The perseverance and effort in the final days and weeks was brilliant going above and beyond what the 'procedure' was to find answers to undisclosed situations. The start of the process was equally strong, we just had a few hiccups in the middle, which once rectified led to strong communication channels, progression where possible and an outcome in line with expectations. It was a nail biter - ready for a strong drink now :-)

GoogleAs we are moving from Hertfordshire to Hampshire we registered with lots of the Estate Agents around the Bishops Waltham area. The Charters team and especially Dale have been the most pro-active agents by far. We feel that Dale has listened to our requirements in searching for a new home and has contacted us regarding properties that fit our criteria. We're still looking though.

Well what a journey, from being stalked by Jonathan to instructing them to be the agent what wasn't going to be an easy sell. I have sold a number of properties and been in contact with numerous agents (these were the third to be instructed) and by far the best. Their communication was extemporary, the agents well briefed and always complimentary on the house. But on the sell we were referred to Jo G, now I don't like to be shifted about because I had formed a relationship so this Jo to act as liaison I had no idea what she was about. The actual lead to the exchange become complex and frustrating with important professionals not communicating, however Jo sat in the middle and kept me calm she was brilliant! She was really committed with I think the latest calls to me after 7 on some Friday nights. I cannot fault the whole experience nor the team. Well done!
