From the first day we made that call to Charters, she was always in touch, giving us all the assistance and information we needed to get through the whole process. Sarah quickly realised we were time poor but had quite specific requests to meet in our search for our next home, Charters went the extra mile, doing viewing at short notice, taking videos when we could not get the time to view and listened to what we needed, and they delivered! Early days but β¦A very professional local team. Punctual when attending meetings, quick email communications and call backs. They have considered all of our difficult buying and selling issues and kept in touch on an almost daily basis. The team at Charters have already successfully sourced potential financing for our move. They have attended a meeting to discuss an alternative to selling our property and homed in on potential purchases too. All this in just a few working days. The Charters service seems to work seamlessly to deliver an end to end solution. I cannot believe they have provided this without our having yet signed any form of contractual agreement. A very promising start to a working relationship β¦.
