Charters have been fantastic to work with. They know the market inside out and are second to none for their local knowledge. They are thoroughly professional, exceptionally hard working and great at communicating re valuation, viewings, feedbacks and into Sales Progression. You are never left wondering what’s going on. Charters found us a buyer within a couple of weeks and Phil- Valuation Manager, was instrumental in this. Our Sales Progressor, Katie, was very proactive, checked in weekly, even when there were no specific hold ups and the sale progressed very smoothly. All in all, I highly recommend using Charter’s, above other agents in Southampton.

She has been really friendly and professional from the start and very approachable if I’ve had any concerns. In viewing one of the properties today along with her colleague Harry they were both really professional and keen to show what the home had to offer. Very impressed by all aspects of their service, from the initial meeting (to sell) and thereafter. They were always professional, responsive to changes as the sale moved through its paces, and we always felt as though we were in good hands. Despite the inevitable wrinkles in a house sale, Charters were always on top of the situation and protected our interests whilst enabling the sale. We must mention Jo G who worked so hard to get the sale over the line, often working late, and above and beyond - an excellent professional and very personable : thank you Jo. We highly recommend Charters.

I had to report a water leak in my rental property. It was the first time I had to report any, i called Peter Nobbs to report this and i couldn’t asked for better help, he jumped straight onto the issue and had a plumber round to fix the fault. Matt the plumber stayed until gone 10 o’clock at night to get us back up and running. I can’t thank the staff and tradesman enough for all their hard work.

We have had a good experience with Charters selling our flat and buying a property. We used the Southampton branch to sell, with our sales progessor being based at Chandlers Ford. A buyer was found quickly and we were kept in the loop as our sale and purchase proceeded. If we ever needed to contact Charters it was always easy to do so both by email and phone. We would happily use them again and recommend them.

Sarah showed me a property which I was unfortunately unable to take, but she kept in touch and a few weeks later, after I’d arranged a viewing, added a second property in the same area which she thought might suit my needs. It did, and the whole process was seamless from there on, with me moving in within a week of viewing. Very impressed with the efficiency and helpfulness of the team at Charters
