From start to finish, Charters have been incredible. We were not expecting to move but the perfect house came up and we just had to go for it. They took on not only the purchase of the house of our dreams but the sale of our own house.Everyone we had contact with went above and beyond to support viewings of both properties. Their communication throughout the feedback process for the sale of our house was amazing and the sale progression team support us to complete without any issues.I would recommend Charters to anyone looking to move - you are in such safe and hard working hands. They took what could have been the most stressful experience and made it an enjoyable and exciting one throughout the process.

Friendly, encouraging, realistic. This is the second time we have used Charters. They got us a fantastic price for my Dad's house in 2022, so we wanted to use them again. The market was quite different this time, however, we felt they gave us wise advice, based on their years of experience, and encouraged us through the ups and downs. They were always on the end of the phone when we needed them.

Highly recommend! My property was previously listed with another local agent without success, but when I instructed Charters, they proved to be highly efficient and professional. They organised numerous viewings, and the property was under offer in a short time. Although the sale took over six months due to circumstances beyond their control, Stephen Henry from the sales progression team worked tirelessly to keep things on track. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Recently we've had to find our next home and we've came across Charters Estate Agency. We've had two viewings with the lovely Lily who couldn't be more helpful. She answered all of our questions and concerns and with her help now we've been accepted for a lovely home in which hopefully we'll be able to move in shortly. Also I would like to mention an other very helpful colleague called Harrison. I've spoken with him over the phone few times and equally he's been very helpful every time. I can highly recommend their services for everyone who is looking for a smooth and quick house hunt.

Sarah Harman from charters showed me around several properties all over Southampton including ocean village. She was punctual, well presented and friendly, pointing out all the important aspects in great detail, explaining about ground rent, parking spaces and other matters. Being a first time buyer I felt comfortable and confident in her presence. Although I didn’t find my ideal home this time, I’m very happy to charters again, they are an excellent estate agent.
