I recently sold a property through the Park Gate Branch of Charters.The level of service was faultless from start to finish. I knew when Jonathan valued the property i was in safe hands. The whole team should be highly commended for the level of communication. I received weekly updates of viewings which were carried out by the team there and when a buyer was found I was updated regularly on the sales progression.I wouldn’t hesitate it recommending the Park Gate branch of Charters and will certainly be using their services again in the future.

I have been extremely pleased with Charters. I always find selling and buying property a stressful experience but Charters have worked hard as a team to minimise this for me. All the staff have been professional and responsive. Notably, Storme who did the valuation of my property and promised to ensure only appropriate viewings occurred to avoid unnecessary disruption to me, (the third viewer bought my property); Jonathan who managed the negotiations brilliantly and last but not least, Jo Goddard who took over my file once a buyer was secured. Her diplomacy, patience, efficiency, professional ‘can do’ approach and overall performance was superb. THANK YOU to all the team who have contributed to a successful conclusion to my sale. I would definitely use Charters again in the future.

Their attention to detail and efficient process management have made things run smoothly.A big thank you to our property manager in the Southampton branch, Helen Nicol, for overseeing everything so well. She’s been helpful and reliable throughout, making sure everything was coordinated perfectly.We’d also like to mention the great work done by the contractors, Andy and Aaron, who replaced our windows and doors. They worked efficiently, leaving the place clean and tidy. We’ve noticed the house is much warmer and more comfortable since the work was done.Overall, we’ve been very pleased with the service and support from Charters Estate Agents. Thank you Charters:)

We had such a smooth and painless process with Charters and specifically Sarah. She arranged several viewings for one day, drove us to each location and was very knowledgeable about each of them, before we submitted an offer within 3 hours. By the next day all documentation was submitted (with Sarah's help) and we are looking forward to our new property adventure.We will most definitely be reaching out to Sarah the next time we are looking for change of locations.
