My experience with chaters estate agents is one that I will always remember. I have never received such level of support and care from a real estate company here in the UK. Right from the start of my contract till now that I am relocating out of the city it’s be all amazing experience. They are very responsive, professional, supportive, VERY prompt in service delivery (including weekends) and they have got most amazing Team! In my own opinion i believe charters estate Agents have created a benchmark for contemporary services in the real industry… I will recommend charters any time any day. We’ve let our family home in Farnham through Charters for the last 8 years. Kirstie helped us through the initial minefield of the process of letting the property and has been very effective at marketing and guiding new tenants at each change of tenancy ever since, and Jacqui and the rest of their team really understand the day to day property management shielding us from many of the day to day issues. We certainly feel that they understand our property and we feel confident leaving it in their hands. Minimal void period over the 8 years speaks volumes.Always a smile at the end of the phone - not to be underestimated!

GoogleI couldn't be more happy with the experience. Sarah Jeffrey was very kind, helpful and honest from the very beginning when she shown us a flat we were interested in renting, answering all our questions and chasing the landlord for the answers she wasn't able to give; up to the very end when we needed to resign just after paying the booking fee. She dealt with the bad news gracefully and kindly, understood the situation, not to mention that we've been given back all we had paid.

GoogleI made a development sales / letting enquiry with Charters on the basis of their presence within the Winchester area, we were impressed with their professional website & corporate identity, I spoke to Katherine Earwaker in their Bishops Waltham office initially and although she said she was new to the company itself she was very professional and knowledgeable in her field, I got the information I needed and much more. It created a good first impression for us and these things count when looking for a reputable agent.

Sarah Jeffrey contacted me back after an enquiry, booked me in for a viewing which was very personable, efficient and informative, and answered some of my questions with absolute professionalism and compassion - some of them were stupid as I'm a first timer!! She kept me updated and I felt very much at ease if I needed to contact. I ran out of the hot water and called Charters. I talked to a very nice lady, Mrs Helen Nicol, and she said that someone would come soon to fix the problem. After a very short time, a specialist came and said it was electrical problem. The man was very nice. Shortly afterwards two electricians came: Fredie and Liam and they fixed the problem right away. I was shoked by the speed and quality of the repair and I would like to thank the people who helped me so beautifully: Mrs Helen Nicol (Marla), the boiler man and Mr Fredie and Mr Liam and Mrs Emily.
