GoogleSuper help and support from Ashleigh and her team in Bishops Waltham, I recently purchased an apartment in Bishops Waltham with a view to let. Ashleigh was professional from the outset and always flexible and helpful. She came around at 17H on the Friday evening to take the apartment details, by 18H my apartment was listed for let. The next day a viewing took place and by Monday an offer to let was in for the full rental asking price - Amazing! Just great service and I would highly recommend.

We appointed Charters Chandlers Ford in April 2024 to handle the sale of our property. We had interactions with three members of the team in the roles of sales professional, sales handler and sales progress handler. Everyone was exceptionally professional and attentive, keeping us informed at all stages of the sale. It is heartening that where so many aspects of customer service can be mediocre at best in todays business world, the Charters team showed that exceptional service is still possible. Throughout the process of looking for property with Charters, I have had mixed experiences with the teams. The agent was late to my first appointment, made promises to follow up on email and didn't which was not positive. The pre-lettings team provided me with three different deadlines for tenancy agreement drafts, each pushed back when they missed the deadlines. However, one person in the company has consistently maintained good contact and has somewhat salvaged my experience with the agents being Amelia. She has maintained professional and regular support for the process and has chased the internal teams for me which has made the failings less of a pain for me as a prospective customer.
