I recently sold a property through the Park Gate Branch of Charters.The level of service was faultless from start to finish. I knew when Jonathan valued the property i was in safe hands. I have been extremely pleased with Charters. I always find selling and buying property a stressful experience but Charters have worked hard as a team to minimise this for me. All the staff have been professional and responsive. Notably, Storme who did the valuation of my property and promised to ensure only appropriate viewings occurred to avoid unnecessary disruption to me, (the third viewer bought my property); Jonathan who managed the negotiations brilliantly and last but not least, Jo Goddard who took over my file once a buyer was secured.
