That property wasn’t the one for us but Storme made it her mission to find us our new home! She was great at keeping us updated about new properties coming onto the market and would always make sure she had time to take us on viewings that would fit with our schedule. On our property viewing we were accompanied by Storme, who was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic and friendly. Storme was always thinking one step ahead of us and happy to help with any questions or queries we had. It is safe to say that she knew the property inside and out, going above and beyond our expectations. The whole family agree that it was the most enjoyable and informative property viewing we have experienced. GoogleWe dealt with Charlotte at Charters in BIshops Waltham. We were looking for a property locally although we live in Birmingham. We felt very valued as customers and Charlotte was very informative about properties in the area and understanding of our needs and the difficulties that we faced. She kept in close daily contact with us and encouraged us to look at a variety of properties in the area. Although we eventually found a property which had not been marketed by Charters our experience with Charters was overwhelmingly positive and we would highly recommend Charlotte as a point of contact for any prospective purchaser or seller.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe recently moved this year, though we didn't buy through Charters B/W we sold through them. It took almost a year, but then again 2020 probably wasn't the best year to move or for anything else! We had a fantastic service from them, very professional. They kept us informed on a regular basis and if we left a message with an enquiry, they got back to us straight away. If and when we move again we would definitely use Charters. A huge thank you to Matthew, Storme, Jasper, Dale, Andy & Stephen at the Chandler's ford branch for all your hard work, help and understanding. Stop bloody emailing me! I have unsubscribed from their emails about 10 times and they don't stop. I've never rented from them and I only called them once to book a viewing and they have incessantly emailed me about properties ever since. Shut up, go away, get bent

Instead of us phoning around agents arranging a viewing Charters, particularly Claire are proactive in contacting us with properties they feel would be suitable. It is particularly difficult when you are relocating and Claire has been so supportive and encouraging. She really understands our requirements and hopefully we will find the right property soon.

I've used Alresford charters twice to rent accommodation and they have been amazing both times. This time round, I have had to find a property under stressful circumstances, but Charlie has been so helpful and kept the lines of communication open throughout. A really helpful team, nothing was too much trouble for them. They searched diligently for a suitable property for us. On this occasion they were unsuccessful, but it was not for the want of trying. Charters of Chandlers Ford and Winchester were very helpful and it was easy to speak to someone when I needed it. In fact I would say they were far more available to me than my solicitor!!
