I would like to ensure that Michael receives the praise deserved. I didn’t enquire directly through his branch, he proactively spotted my needs through an enquiry I did in a different branch and got in touch. He organized viewing with properties that really suited me, I explained my situation and immediately understood what I needed. While at the moment I have stopped my search I will not hesitate to get straight back in contact with Michael, because I feel confident enough that if I do end up having to move he will be the one to find me what I need.

I called the wrong office by mistake... ended up arranging a viewing and booking in to talk to their finance support. What a very helpful, understanding and no pressured company. Natalie Lewis is a credit to your company and was super impressed. Being in sales myself it was very refreshing to speak to someone that just listened and then advised, no pressure at all!!
