Ive recently purchased a property through Charters bishops waltham, and the house purchase is now progressing in the early stages of the sale. Charlotte has mainly been dealing with myself and my hunt for the right place as well as viewings being conducted by Jasper and Rosie. Charlotte and the team have been extremely professional, patient, helpful and informative. Im very pleased with Charters and the process so far and i couldn't recommend them enough. After recently losing out on a different property with another company under suspicious circumstances, its comforting to be dealing with a professional and genuine team looking out for seller and buyers interest

I want to say a big thank you to Charlotte Witcomb and all of the staff I met at the Bishops Waltham Charters office. My son needed to sell his house quickly to bid on another property he wanted to urgently buy. All of the Charters Team reacted immediately and met the brief with perfection. Viewings from proceedable buyers were lined up within hours, my sons property attracted a lot of attention and was beautifully photographed and marketed. Several full asking price offers were made from buyers in less than 48 hours. Brilliant customer care! Sarah Bainbridge was amazing and very dedicated at finding the best home for my partner and me. I have to say I have always been a little cynical with estate agents but I was surprised what a good service Charter provided. They seem to have acted with integrity and were transparent at all times. Communication was first class as well. The whole purchase was stressful and trying at times but Stephen Henry on the Sales progression was professional and very helpful. We also dealt with Kevin who was also very good.

Issue resolved

We rent a property from the Romsey branch and recently had an issue we needed resolved as a matter of urgency.
