All the staff are genuine! Sarah in particular gave some very constructive points when photos were being taken of our property. Comparing them after our conversation and decluttering I can definitely see what she meant. Edward is very conscientious and as our vendor is abroad keeps everyone in the loop. If they were local to me, we would have been more than happy to have used them as our agents.

GoogleWe recently moved home and can’t thank Charters enough! We first came into contact with Storme when we enquired about viewing a property. That property wasn’t the one for us but Storme made it her mission to find us our new home! She was great at keeping us updated about new properties coming onto the market and would always make sure she had time to take us on viewings that would fit with our schedule.
