Very good communication, fast to reply and answered all questions clearly. Any issues we had were technical, such as docusign needing us to resign signatures, but we have been assured the company is working on fixing this with them. However, these technical difficulties did not prolong the process due to the excellent communication and prompt responses from the staff at Belvoir. We've been using Belvoir to rent out our flat for about a year now. If you are a landlord and looking for an agent to manage I can recommend them. They are fully managing our flat at the moment and it takes a lot of stress out day to day managing. They are quick to sort out problems for both tenant and land lord and very much approachable. Importantly keep me updated with what's happening at the property and there for me when we need them. Keep up the good work.

We had an excellent experience finding a property to move into with Belvoir! The agents were friendly, knowledgeable and took very good care of us. The process was smooth and straightforward and there was a level of flexibility that came from a more tailored approach. Communication was outstanding, they were always on hand and came back quickly with answers to our questions. Brian and Loretto are the most proactive, effective and by far the nicest lettings agents I have ever come across, and it is a pleasure to do business with them. Brian could not do too much in helping me to choose the right buy-to-let property, and went out of his way to visit the property and check things out for me during the purchasing process. My new tenants were found before the paint was dry in the flat, and now Loretto strikes the perfect balance in managing the property and tenants for me, telling me what I do need to know, but not bombarding me with updates about things which have simply been sorted out. I have great confidence that my property is in safe hands, and I am truly looking forward to working closely with Brian and Loretto again as I start the process of buying another flat in a month or two’s time. It has truely been a pleasure all the way, and that’s not something I’ve ever been able to say about a Lettings Agent before, either as a landlord, or as a tenant!

I have dealt with many letting agents and estate agents in the past 15 years for personal and business reasons and I have found Loretto, Brian and Belvoir to by far the most professional and knowledgeable agents that I have come across. The letting of the property was quick and efficient without any problems and the after let service is second to none. I have always managed my own rental and was skeptical as to what a letting agent actually did (due past experience) but I am delighted by Belvoir's management which has saved me time and hassle plus comes with all the protections and insurances that I needed.
