GoogleEven with the highest of expectations I couldn't have imagined such a professional and friendly service by the Belvoir Team. They made the whole process of moving in our new home a pleasure starting from arranging the viewing to welcoming us there and following up with us after we moved in. Their response is very fast, and they even left us a nice welcoming gift!

GoogleI'm a tenant with Belvoir and clumsily managed to snap my key to my building's front door. Obviously my fault but have to say how understanding and helpful the staff were. One of ladies even went to a locksmith herself and got another key cut. Could have been a very stressful Christmas period for me but thankfully I can relax now.

GoogleBelvoir team are very professional and organised. I had a great experience of renting and moving to a new flat with them. My case was slightly complicated, but Belvoir team have been very patient and lovely throughout the whole process. I highly recommend them to anybody who wants to move to a new house.

We have rented with Belvoir for 2 years and we have had an overall great experience! Professional and responsive if any repairs needed doing. What I truly enjoyed is that they always offer you an option to either be there for the repair or give the handymen the key so no need to take a day off work just to let the repair team in. At the end of tenancy they were helpful with notes on what would need fixing. Also, I liked the fact that they did not require the professional clean to be done as long as we were able to achieve the same result cleaning the property ourselves. We spent hours making sure the flat is in a great condition and we actually received the full deposit back within just days of the end of tenancy! I can honestly say the BELVOIR IS THE BEST ESTATE AGENT IN SOUTHAMPTON! I always recommend the company to my friends.
