He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. Pays close attention to details of what the client desires in a family home. Goes the extra mile for the indecisive wife who requires bit more time and convincing that she will indeed be happy with the choice she has made. Highly recommend him.

There were a few outstanding issues with the house before we moved in which we were told were in the process of being sorted. However weeks after moving in no updates and nothing had actually been done. Very poor communicators and lack competency in sorting basic issues. Consistently making excuses and not taking responsibility for sorting things out. Would not recommend using this agency.

I had a brilliant experience in using beals. I had a faulty tap at one of my properties and they were really quick and professional in getting it sorted. In particular one of the staff called Dion was really helpful and professional in getting the contractors in to come and sort the problem.
