Very professional from the start and helpful in all my enquiries.Was shown around the property by Billie and she was informative and told us everything we needed to know as well as explained everything involving payment clearly.I spoke to Shelby on the phone a couple of times and she was also helpful and was patient when having phone trouble trying to pay the deposit and lastly Jasmine who we signed the forms with and has helped me as well with the referencing process.Could not have asked for a smoother process and team to help and would 100% recommend to anyone to use Beals in southsea

Yes honesty is a must

Yes honesty is a must! We rented a property through Beals, Parkgate for 4 years. During our time we greatly improved the property for the landlord, new Lino, carpets re decorated etc. always communicated for permission to do so & what we got in return was no thanks, just a cock n’ bull story that the landlady wished to terminate our tenancy after 4 years to move her ailing, elderly mother into our rental. We now understand this was just a lie, of which Oliver Sourmenidis, the letting manager of Parkgate was complicit. I am telling you this in all honesty, something that our letting agents know nothing about!

Carly Gale from the Bitterne branch - what can I say - absolutely fantastic!! Both my partner and I are autistic and moving from London to Southampton was pretty anxiety fuelled. Despite there being a lack of communication from the solicitors on both sides, Emily has been attentive and on the ball, keeping in contact and making sure we are on the same page.
