I have used Beal's Estate Agents for a number of years. I have recently had some very challenging tenants and the support, help and guidance provided by Beal's, over the past year, and more specifically over the last 6 months has been invaluable. The proactiveness and support I received from Ben Temperton was greatly appreciated and the work that Ben and Maxine Faulkner did, behind the scenes, managing a number of issues with the tenant without me having to get involved was exceptional. You both went above and beyond to support me, and for this I am extremely grateful.I would love for Ben and Maxine to get applauded for the good work they are doing and the service they are providing to their customers. Your kindness, compassion and expertise has not gone unnoticed.

Got the property sold!!

To be honest, initially everything was all good, everyone keen to get the property sold....which they did on the second viewing i think it was??Then....maybe not everything quite so good, i wasn't being kept up to date on anything, nor were my emails etc being replied, until the area manager got involved..To be fair, Stacey Walters kept on top of everything, chasing things up with 3 sets of solicitors & kept me updated on everything....so would i use them again??Id have to say yes, but i would make sure Stacey was aware that i was back again in order to ensure that he kept abreast of each stage etc.

Natalia was really helpful and helped me find a place and I signed the tenancy agreement after 8 days. I would get a call back as soon as possible if Natalia was out of the office. The staff at Bitterne are very helpful, polite and friendly. Will use Beales again in the future

Best Rental Agent in Southampton

My wife and I bought a house in Southampton 20 years ago for our daughter while at university. After she left we let the property through a series of agents. (We live near Gloucester so could not do it ourselves).For all of that time we used a number of agents, and had problems with them all, some much worse than others. And then we discovered Beals and their Silver Rent Guarantee Service, and would recommend it highly to anyone.Adrian Pryke was our main contact and he could not have been more helpful.Our only regret is that we did not discover them sooner.Geoffrey

Stop bloody emailing me! I have unsubscribed from their emails about 10 times and they don't stop. I've never rented from them and I only called them once to book a viewing and they have incessantly emailed me about properties ever since. Shut up, go away, get bent

Friendly Agents, Quick Replies, and Always Helpful

Moving is always stressful, but the stress of the situation is always negated by a great estate agent - which Beal’s Bitterne provided. Our agent, Natalia, was honestly phenomenal. Friendly even when I was sending an onslaught of emails, panicking about every possible thing and asking any viable question. Natalia found us a lovely flat early on, wasn’t put out by us asking to view it more than once, answered all our questions (within 24 hours but often much sooner) and worked really hard to get us in the property as quick as possible. Even when our move in date was delayed, Beals were helpful, worked with us and understood the stress while trying their best to reassure and mitigate anything they could. Natalia even went to the flat and oversaw our WiFi installation when we were unable to - going above and beyond. As my first non-student property to rent, Natalia and Beal’s have shown what it’s like to treat tenants as humans, and provide an excellent and largely painless experience. Highly recommend.

Chloe, who we dealt with initially, was great and helped us secure a rental property. Aisha took over seamlessly when Chloe was away which was a pleasant surprise as that hasn’t been our experience with other estate agents!They kept us up to date throughout the process and we were in the new place within 2 weeks. Jades help with my tenant

I would like to say that Jade Goulding has been exceptional in helping me deal with my tenant who was behind on her rental payments. Her advice of what to do and how to go about it was 100% spot on and after I followed her advice the problem was resolved almost immediately. Not only was Jade polite and friendly she also made me feel confident in the decision that I eventfully took of how to deal with the situation.
