We'd been looking for a property to rent for almost 3 months. After putting our names forward for a few we liked, with various estate agents, and being unsuccessful due to the highly competive current market, we were really disheartened by the whole process. Natalia called us up and went through details of a house she had that had just become available. Thanks to her we secured an amazing house that we cant wait to move into. Natalia was super efficient and responsive to all our questions and helped guide us through through whole process making a stressful situation much easier. Urgent move into the area, thankfully I have the lovely Jess to help me out. She was there from viewing right through to getting settled in. Always at the end of an email or phone call for any questions I had or anything I needed help with. when it came to moving, Amber and Jess were both Swift in organising the change over and collection of keys so I could get in quickly. So accommodating to my needs as far as timescale and urgency. Even now I’m in the flat, Jess is still at the other end of an email or phone.

I have been a tenant under Beals for 10 years at the same property. Up until recently my point of contact changed a lot and the service I received wasn’t the best. However I have recently had Mollie-Mae West as my contact and she has been incredibly helpful and actually seems to care about any issues I may have. Even going as far as checking in after the fact to make sure any issues have been resolved/sorted out. IMO Mollie is a great asset to Beals and I cannot state enough how good it is to have someone so dependable and reliable as a contact :)

Bad experience today..

I had a viewing with one of your agents, Jasmin Warwick is her name. She was genuinely disinterested, in a rush-the whole viewing was less then 5 mins, didn't give us any information about the property we were viewing, didn't even say before hand that someone is still living there. She had no idea whether the flat comes with parking, even though it was specified on the website. Very unprofessional, not interested at all wether we wanted the property or not. I am sorry I have to give such a low rating, but the rating is for the whole experience,not the whole agency. Not helpful at all on this occasion.

Genuine people do nice things. Fortunately for me, my experience with the letting team at Beales has been a great one.
