Wish I could provide them 0 stars. Below are the reasons: 1. They handed over a 2 Bedroom rental unit (prior to Christmas - 18 Dec 21) without ensuring the unit's movable status. The unit was so dirty and unlivable that I had to stay 5 days in a hotel until they made it generally cleaned after a few attempts on 24 Dec 21. Imagine my Christmas. 2. They never provided me with any inventory list. 3. The White goods were provided to me after 15 days. 4. They provided the keys to Landlord's Selling agent and they entered the unit with the keys during my presence without even knocking on the door. They even didn't know that the legal tenant is living there. Beals didn't inform them properly regarding this. This is a major privacy breach act. I'll never use them for renting or buying. Both Ben and Lucy were highly professional in all dealings with the letting of my property. They paid extra care with the marketing and viewings of my house, including updating of photos online as decorative work was completed. They kept me updated on feedback from viewings and were a constant source of reassurance and ideas, ready to adapt to the market as needed to ensure a good tenant was put in place for me.I found them equally knowledgeable, professional and indeed most helpful in securing a tenant. Though Ben is the manager, I found Lucy to be of equal capacity and her friendly, helpful manner could easily be transferred to a managerial role.I am most happy with the service Beals has provided me.

Full management service

We have been using Beal's full management services for over 7 years now. They have always been very professional, polite, and go out of their way to help. We very much appreciate the fact that they actually carry out the periodic inspections and send a detailed report along with photos. Not all agents provide this although they are supposed to. I wanted to thank Dan Frogley who has been a key contact for us from the beginning, and he is always willing to give his time to provide his expert advice as we build and expand our portfolio. I also wanted to thanks Molly Mae-West for being quick to respond and always happy to arrange for quotes for remedial works. Molly is friendly and very helpful. I can honestly say I sleep better knowing that Beal's are looking after our properties. Keep up the excellent work Beal's and we look forward to handing over more properties in the future to be managed by yourselves.

I was due to start a job in Australia, I'd sold my furniture and given notice and then covid-19 hit. Consequently, I lost my job, was sleeping on the floor and suddenly had no income. Unfortunately, I had to go on Universal Credit which barely covered rent. I was behind by a month and have been since. Every person I spoke to at Beales treated me inhumane and treated me like it was my fault when quite clearly covid was affecting a lot of people. I spoke to around 4 different people and although some worse than others, I received little understanding.Then I had issues with the bathroom where I couldn't use it for around 6 weeks. During this time, I was speaking with a lady named Maxine Faulkner. She restored my faith in your business. Not only helping with the situation, which proved to be tricky conversing with several external plumbers etc. She took time to communicate with me on a human level with common decency. She bought up my circumstances and said she completely understood and I needn't worry. She offered her support in whatever way I needed.It is such a shame, that in a time when the world needs a little more human care, that not everyone in Beales was able to do so. However, Maxine is the sole reason I gave a high review.

From managing my rental each month through to selling the property Beals have been so helpful. I've used their financial services with Tracy arranging buy to let mortgages and renewals, Alex arranging insurance (and doing so whilst he was on holiday for me). Oliver looking after any issues I've had through to using recommend solicitors. Beals have helped me navigate the intricacies of month to month issues and very notably navigated me through ending the tenancy and selling my property. I cannot recommend highly enough how professional throughout the team at Beals has been.

We found our experience with Beals excellent and stress free.Jade Goulding showed us around the flat. She was very careful to keep the social distancing at this difficult times. She was very polite helpful answering any questions we asked. She spoke to the landlord and asked a few questions we had. She helped us through every step in completing the necessary paperwork as this was the first time we have rented. She kept us informed as things progressed either by phone, email, or text.On the day of signing the contracts she went through everything to make sure we understood it all.
