Darren was absolutely amazing

Darren was absolutely amazing, it was our first time doing both transactions, selling and buying. With the lack of property out there meant deciding to put ours on the market was nerve racking but Darren assured us it would put us in the best position possible and that Beals would help every step of the way, they took care of the whole process.Darren made us feel comfortable, but his charming, fun whitty personality also made the transition so much fun, now who’s ever said that. The rental process with Beals has been seamless, right from the viewing, to picking up the keys! The online platform is user friendly, the contact with the agents has been a pleasure. Amazing! Jessica was truly helpful

All the questions we had, and we sure did have quite a few, was answered quickly and politely; she organised a viewing next day and liaised with the landlord for a prompt response and we were able to move in a little over a week after first contact! Dealing with them was fine for sorting the property out but some of their staff may need to brush up on what's normal and what's actually possible. Also they might want to express some interest in the state of the properties that they represent. So much condensation that your windows are completely soaked every day is not normal and according to one of their agents it's impossible to get rising damp in a flat. Here's a picture that shows otherwise.
