GoogleLooking for a rental property is always a stressful time, but when you are searching for someone else who is moving to the area it is really stressful. From the first contact I had with Cara she took away all the stress I was feeling, she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect property for my in-laws. Cara is an absolute asset to your company, I found her highly professional through the whole process. I was aware she was going on annual leave and she made every effort to have everything in place before she went off. My in-laws love the property and I can't thank Cara and Danielle enough for all the hardwork they put in for it all to run smoothly for us. Excellent service from all the girls and especially Andrea who helped us to find the perfect property and kept us up to date every step of the way during purchase, and Cara, who is a fountain of information in rentals. As a first time buy to let landlord she’s guided me through the whole process and advised on all of the legalities throughout, and then found and put in a new tenant. Thanks for a great service. Jackie was professional and approachable and kept me in the loop regarding progress, chasing both sets of solicitors when necessary to help things move along. GoogleHouse buying can be a nightmare, and due to Covid restrictions and delays from the seller's side, the purchase of our first home took 15 months to complete. Assistance and support provided from the staff at the Low Fell office was exceptional and constant throughout the sale of our property. In particular Jack whose support, advice and continued communication throughout the process was outstanding. He went above and beyond to get answers and help keep us updated when our solicitor failed to do so. I therefore have no hesitation, in awarding 5 Stars.
