GoogleMy mum had a difficult time buying her new home. Some people pulled out of the chain, others demanded more money at the last minute and so on. It was all very prolonged and stressful. Jackie was outstanding as she guided us through the pitfalls and proved to be a very skilled negotiator as well as a pleasant professional. You are in good hands with her whether you are selling or buying.

I have used the Gosforth branch of Andrew Craig for a number of years now both buying renting and selling buy to let properties. I have dealt with Janet and Sarah for years and had excellent service from them both. So professional and efficient which is hard to find these days. My recent sale I was involved more with Alison who was absolutely brilliant the buyers solicitors were dragging their feet and Alison intervened and got the sale back on track, if it wasn’t for her I would still be waiting for the sale to go through. Thanks Alison and all of the team at Gosforth I wouldn’t use any other agent. First Class.

They listened to our views and what we wanted, shared their undoubted knowledge and experience and kept us informed throughout. We received an offer on the first day of viewings (the 2nd viewing) and never looked back, with Andrew Craig helping to keep lines of communication open with the buyer where needed and in a friendly and caring way. Exceptional service is how I would describe my experience with Anrew Craig Estate Agents. All the staff but particularly Georgia and Gemma, who I had the most dealings with, were so friendly and helpful. There was always someone available to speak to and they were so patient even when I was asking the stupidest questions. They made the whole house selling process completely painless; would recommend them to anyone.

Nothing was too much trouble and their help in getting the property ready for letting was just first class. I have used other estate agents for other properties but this has without doubt been the most professional service I have ever encountered. GoogleMy partner James Bell has recently sold his 3 bedroom house through Andrew Craig. Throughout the sale process I have been able to converse with Louise on James's behalf. The service we have received from Louise has been excellent. She has been there with us throughout and kept us well informed about all of the sale progression. The reason James chose Andrew Craig to sell his home from the Valuation date was because of their efficiency and proactive approach. We are very happy with the service we have had and would have no hesitation in recommending Andrew Craig's and particularly Louise at the South Shields branch. Hayley was great, keeping me updated and answering any questions I had from the day I put in the offer all the way to finally getting the keys making it practically stress free. They are a great estate agent and in the years to come if I decide to move again they will be the first estate agent I will look at.

Rang to view a property and asked to confirm if I had my broker etc which I confirmed I had. Then bombarded by Mortgages now , their other business asking me to log into my mortgage account ! Absolutely furious they have shared me details without consent and ignored my wishes .I certainly won't be buying through them , as goodness knows what other data breaches they do !

GoogleAs a first time buyer I was nervous and apprehensive about the entire process of purchasing my first home. However, Andrea Basham my sales agent and Andrew Craig were fantastic in guiding me through the entire process. They were patient, forgiving and consistent in their support and never complained despite the plethora of queries and concerns that were sometimes of daily occurrence during the process of purchase. What I liked most about Andrea and the company was that although they were working on behalf of the seller, they were also working on behalf of myself as the buyer with just as much care and consideration. As a result, looking back on the whole process there was nothing really for me to worry about; I was always in good hands and they were always going to get the best result for myself and the vendor. I am looking forward to working with them again in the future on other purchases and will more than likely allow them to take on the responsibility for letting my home, as I know the high standards they adhere too. Thank you for everything! And if you do get Andrea, trust her completely, she knows what she is doing and has years of experience working with various conveyancers in and around the North East; you have to let her advocate and deal with any concerns in her own way in her time, she will get the job done the right way! Andrew Craig (Low Fell Office) and, in particular Georgia, have been excellent in selling the house. Efficient and no fuss; exactly what you want. Two parts really stand out. Firstly, communications were first rate in that every aspect was fully briefed to me as it happened. Secondly, nothing was too much trouble and thus I felt valued as a customer. I will end by simply saying thank you for the service provided.
