Recently purchased a property with was advertised through Andrew Craig. Andrea has kept me updated throughout the buying process and been amazing to deal with. Andrea has always been very approachable and pro-active, nothing is too much trouble! She’s even listened to my frustrations with regards to our own estate agent when selling and not being kept up to date! (wish we had chose Andrew Craig as ours were useless!). Thank you Andrew Craig South Shields for all your help selling my house. My house was listed with another agent for nearly 6 months with no luck leaving me feeling stuck and desperate. Andrew Craig had my house listed by Friday and Sold STC by Monday, I wish I'd gone to them sooner. Kayley in particular was so helpful, nothing was too much to ask, communication was great and I felt supported through my first house sale. I would highly recommend, great experience.

Outstanding Start to Finish service

I rarely write a review as I'm rarely so impressed and pleased but the support provided by Alex from the Boldon offices truly deserved to be recorded for others to benefit from. Supporting me and my family in leaving the home we grew together in and helping us navigate the search for our replacement over an extended time line with limited stress ensured this was no horror story we to often hear about. I could go into the detail of each step of the process but I think what shone through across the entire journey was Alex's experience, straight talking and desire to give the best possible experience for her client. Finally woth highlighting thatI bought through Andrew Craig and have now sold six years later and could see the difference in comparison to the other agent on both occasions so if we move again in the future there is only one call we'll be making.

We were appointed Andrew Craig through a third party management Company, MoveWithUs (but that’s another review) The solicitors we used for the conveyancing were uncommunicative to say the least. But Andrew Craig staff diligently pushed forward through it all showing that they at least offered a professional service. My only regret is not appointing them ourselves as communication was officially supposed to go through the third party, which in the end was an impossibility. I would recommend.

We cannot sing the praises of this company enough, in particular Maureen in the Fulwell office, she is an absolute star and without her we would still be waiting to get moved. I have some very mixed reviews on Andrew Craig, South Shields. During the pandemic period we contacted them to put our house up for sale, on the day we were due to have the house put on the market we asked to view another. The request was received by quite an obstructive and unpleasant response, so much so I immediately cancelled our sale with them and went with an alternative agent who could not have done any more to go above and beyond - an experience far superior. When it came to the eventual purchase of our new home, marketed via Andrew Craig we did not hold out much hope or faith. However - this was handled by Louise who was friendly, professional and very honest throughout. Our experience with the sale was not exactly smooth but that was through no fault of Louise and she without any doubt went above and beyond to make sure our purchase was fair and as smooth as possible despite the challenges we faced. We eventually successfully secured our dream home and cannot thank Louise enough for her patience and professionalism throughout and sincerely hope she gets the recognition from management on how brilliant she is!

As first time renters the process was completely daunting but I can not thank Cara and the rest of the team at Andrew Craig enough for all of their help. All of my emails were responded to promptly, the staff dealt with every phone call I made very professionally and did everything possible to help us start our renting journey. Andrew Craig (Sunderland office } were…awful Andrew Craig (Sunderland office } were very unprofessional during my attempt to buy a property ,communication was poor and the overall experience was frustrating and disorganised ,one member of staff really let the branch down ,she was rude and talked over you,I wont be dealing with them again based on my experince …..follow on …..Dear Andrew Craig, Your response does not reflect what actually happened. My offer was accepted. I then proceeded in good faith and incurred costs for solicitor fees and associated work on the understanding that the sale was agreed, subject to contract. After this, I was informed the property was no longer available. The property is still being advertised for sale, which makes your explanation even more concerning. This was not simply about an unsuccessful offer. It was about an accepted offer, money spent on my part, and what I consider to be poor and misleading communication from your office. I expect honesty and transparency during a property transaction. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
