GoogleOver the long and sometimes arduous process of moving house, good , amicable communication is key to its successful completion. Keeping ppl regularly updated can prevent the collapse of a deal. GoogleI have now sold through Andrew Craig twice (including my most recent property) and bought once through them. They are great. Excellent, swift advice and contact, chase things up when asked, and keep you informed along the way. I also highly rate their photos for selling houses and appreciate their honest approach to valuations. If I move again (which I hope not to!) I will definitely use Andrew Craig to sell.

GoogleI have recently had a very stressful house move that took longer than expected. Throughout the whole experience Louise was so kind and helpful to me. She wasn’t even my estate agent she was working for the seller, but she always had time for me. She was kind and extremely helpful at all times, and if I ever move again in the future I will be using Louise and Andrew Craig! :)

We have found all the staff we have dealt with to be friendly, professional and helpful. A special mention in regards to Kayley who has really gone the extra mile to help us find a property. Always calls back and kept us updated, she really is an asset to Andrew Craig. We also dealt directly with Lyn on some viewings and she was very knowledgeable about the area we were looking at. We were very happy with the service from these agents and would use them again.
