We got 3 agents to come and look at the property, and straight away, Andrew Craig stood out. Darren Temple came across very well, friendly, proffessional, and not pushy! From start to finish, the process was seamless. We dealt with a few of the girls in the office, and all of them were lovely. Andrea Basham was the allocated person for us, and she was very good. After being recommended to us we decided to use Andrew Craig to help us sell our rental property. The staff there proved to be very patient and professional as, although the property sold quickly, there was a prolonged wait until the property actually became vacant and the sale was able to complete. We weren’t made to feel under any pressure throughout the process and Nicola kept in contact with us on a regular basis liaising between ourselves and the buyers.

Amazing service

The whole process with Andrew Craig was great. I viewed a few property’s and have been using them for months before I found my perfect property. Andrew Craig were very proactive in their efforts to sell my mother's flat after her death. It was a difficult sale because it was a leasehold property which involved three parties: the seller (me) the buyer and the housing association who owned a share of the property! The housing association imposed certain restrictions and conditions which meant many potential buyers did not fit their criteria. However the staff at Andrew Craig, South Shields finally found me a buyer that was suitable and the flat was sold. I would particularly like to thank Jackie and Andrea who were very helpful and kept me updated throughout the process.

Highly professional estate agents

The Boldon office were extremely professional throughout the selling process. Julie and Alex were responsive and engaged and ensured I was fully informed. Some of the viewers did suggest that they would have liked to receive a bit more information about the property before the viewing but on the whole I feel that Andrew Craig's years of experience of selling property in the area and understanding of the market really paid off for me and the whole process, from putting the house on the market to completion, took just over two months.

Olivia helped me with the purchase of my very first home, and she was nothing short of an absolute godsend. The whole situation was very stressful as a solo first time buyer, but Olivia was a breath of fresh air and made everything SO much easier for me. The whole team have been excellent from start to finish. They have explained everything along the way. The thing I felt most helpful compared to my last estate agent is that they always answer the phone and anyone from the team will help you with your enquiry - you don’t need to wait for the specific person handling your sale. Absolutely wonderful experience with the team at the South Shields branch. Without them I truly do not believe the sale would have gone through. They have done far more than ever expected of an Estate Agent to get everything completed, going above and beyond at every step and every hurdle. They truly work in the best interest of both the seller and the buyer, and so clearly show that they really do care about all involved. Hayley was an absolute dream, brilliant communication, very knowledgeable, compassionate and so human in her interactions, which really makes a difference! Louise and Andrea were equally as wonderful and handled some rather large hurdles better than I think anyone else could have done! I cannot imagine a better experience using an Estate Agent, and don’t imagine I’d ever look to use anyone but them!
