DANICA You helped me out from start to finish even though you were not our estate agent ,the support you gave us was outstanding ,always at the end of a phone line or email. Our conveyancer was of no help to us at all i should have gone with you in the first place. I recently needed to find a new tenant for a property and once again used the services of the letting agents at Andrew Craig. They were as professional and hard-working as ever, and the property was advertised and a new tenant found within a few weeks. Cara Smith-Lennox continuously kept me up-to-date with developments and gave me advice on how to access and use the property portal. Professional photos were taken of the property and an inventory check was carried out. I was very satisfied with the service and felt that I could trust the letting agents 100% throughout the process.

We have used Andrew Craig for sales on both of our rental properties and also, the management on our rental properties when we were landlords. Always received a fantastic, professional and officiant service. Danica Beech in the South Shields office has been outstanding on the latest sale, she kept in touch with not only is but also with the solicitor throughout the process which meant we didn't never had to wonder what stage we were at! She is a credit to Andrew Craig and we really appreciate how she managed our sale! It was almost completely stress free!

Andrew Craig in fulwell, at first when we were selling a property with them were ok, they were keen for us to reduce the price not a lot of support, our house sold, then fell through but sold quickly after that, this is when the problem started the house we were buying was going through probate, there was No support from them at all!! It was all for pushy female buying our house, they rang the estate agent selling the house we were buying but never passed on information to us but passed it to woman buying house we were selling so we had to get information ourselves which opposite agent found very bad as did our solicitors, I even questioned this and spoke to a lady working for andrew craig who agreed it was wrong , but no change when the probate went through our solicitor wanted to complete on Tuesday and we received a very rude call from an elderly woman saying we had to complete when buyer wanted and we could not have a say, even complaining about the keys not taken straight after they called, do not use this estate agent very expensive for the service you get, very rude staff, not worth your time ,

Effective Marketing and Good Support Throughout the Selling Process

I'd used Andrew Craig Estate Agents previously so I had confidence that I would receive an efficient and professional service when the time came for me to sell my home.On this occasion, however, there were several factors affecting the national economy adversely and I felt a little anxious that this sale may not run quite so smoothly. However, from the outset - the initial appraisal with Debbie Sinclair, Head of Sales - I was met with a positive, pro-active approach and a clear and wide ranging marketing plan was produced.Viewings and subsequent offers followed quickly, handled by the team at the Jarrow branch and overseen by Michelle Pattinson, Senior Sales Advisor. Throughout the marketing campaign and during the conveyancing process, I was able to rely on the back-up and guidance of Michelle and her colleagues. Any queries I had were dealt with quickly and with clarity. All of my dealings with the Jarrow branch were handled professionally but always in a way which was friendly and approachable. I would not hesitate to recommend Andrew Craig Estate Agents and I very much appreciate the skills and the support I received from Michelle and all of the Jarrow branch team.
