Had them do our viewings whilst on holiday too. Forty viewings & nine offers in two weeks. As first time buyers we relied on Neilsons to guide us through the house buying process, but we didn't feel we received the best service and it was really disappointing. They made huge mistakes in the process, they got our move in date wrong which lead to a last minute rush in sorting out the paper work to allow us to move on time. They provided us with final payment figures which were incorrect. We gave them two stars because once the payment was made they did move things along quite quickly and were helpful in getting the paperwork sorted in short notice. Personally, I wouldn't use this company.
