My previous solicitor was too arrogant and didn't make each step clear enough, leaving me confused and nervous. I'm so glad I made the right decision to switch to Neilsons. Claire's team never left me confused, I always received prompt replies.
I was particularly impressed during the very last week before the settlement. Due to the bank's processing time, I could finally upload all my fund documents on a Friday evening, and they still replied and confirmed everything was in order during the weekend! It’s a weekend!!! Their dedication eased all my anxiety, and I didn't have to worry over the weekend.
I've never encountered such a professional and reliable team. They are truly the best! You won’t regret if you choose them!
