I would 100% recommend Neilson’s to buy and sell your home. Everyone in the team was very professional and friendly. A special mention has to be made to Kirsten for excellent sales negotiating, and to Stephanie for conveyancing my house purchase under pressure. A massive shout out to Arlene who did the conveyancing on my house sale. It was a very challenging situation, and she went the extra mile to ensure it progressed on time. I had complete trust in her to keep me up to date. Hoping to never have to move house again, but if I do I will definitely be using Neilsons!

Neilsons have done a first class job in advertising and selling our house in South Queensferry. They were quick to respond to my initial enquiry, sending someone to check out the house the following day. They were similarly responsive when we got to the stage of having the house advertised and had viewings to be organised. Brilliant service from start to finish. Took exactly 3 months to exchange keys from the date I asked for it to "go live". And that was with the first sale falling through (nobody's fault) as well as it being Christmas during that time period. All staff are extremely friendly and willing to help with anything. From start to finish Neilson's were excellent. We completed on our house on 21st December 23. We had a fairly complicated situation and Neilson's supported us through each step. Claire Scott was particularly good, being patient, explaining things clearly along the way and very responsive throughout what was, at times, a very stressful situation. Her advice and service has been excellent throughout, as we navigated a challenging process where we had to withdraw from a purchase due to an undisclosed major outstanding works, and look for another property instead, to really tight timescales. Used Neilsons to wind up my father's estate. The account was passed around like a hot potato and eventually they closed the account without finishing, they even tried to get me to give the land away so they didn't have to deal with it. They were still happy to take the money without finishing the job. They chose one lawyer in the USA and when he stopped communicating with them they wouldn't find another. I refused to sign it off so they just closed it anyway. Leaving me ( grieving) to deal with the most complicated part on my own. Took £24,000 for the privilege. Wouldn't recommend
