GoogleAfter almost giving up on finding a good rental in Henley On Thames, my son and I finally found a lovely apartment in central Henley after almost giving up on finding a decent flat. Sam Hinton the estate agent found the flat and helped us throughout the whole process, which can be quite stressful and time consuming. He went over and above his call of duty! He was always available by telephone and email and answered questions which at times were quite challenging. All the staff at the Henley branch were friendly and professional. I had almost given up hope of ever finding anything. Sam also helped with regards to other aspects of securing this property. I would throughly recommend Chancellors in Henley.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleSelling my house with them. Unresponsive for days recently. Literally the whole office disappeared for days on end. Cancelled a 2nd viewing without notice. No replies to emails, no out of office replies, no covering by alternative staff. Unbelievable.

GoogleVery positive experience - a new tenant was found and dealt with within two weeks of me saying our previous tenant was leaving. Would definitely use them again and would recommend without hesitation.
