Just wanted to add that if we requested photographs from you, it would have been because an online valuation had been requested rather than an in-person appointment. We always give clients the option of either an online valuation or a physical market appraisal at the property. I have checked our system, and all online valuations submitted to us over the last two weeks have been completed from our side, so it may be possible that the email did not come through to you or landed in your junk/spam folder. If you are unable to locate the valuation for any reason, please feel free to contact myself Paul or email info@mpestates.co.uk and I will happily arrange for it to be re-sent to you.
