We're proud to have been serving the South Leeds area for 30 years, offering a wide range of properties for sale and to rent, not only in Beeston but also in Middleton, Belle Isle, New Forest Village, Holbeck, East Ardsley, Tingley, Morley, Rothwell, Oulton and Woodlesford. Franchise owner Mirek has over 30 years estate agency experience, starting as a negotiator in the City Centre branch and working his way up to Franchisor at the South Leeds office in 2001. Mirek has created a fantastic local team with combined experience of over 70 years who are well placed to answer any questions you have on buying, selling or renting in the area. Whitegates South Leeds bring a mix of traditional estate agency values with modern technology, giving the perfect blend of old and new. We are here to help everyone, from young first-time buyers right through to those more experienced property sellers, and if you aren't 'internet savvy' don't worry, pop into the office and we can sit down and talk face to face. You can find us on Dewsbury Road, just five minutes' drive from Leeds City. Our main areas of business are residential sales, lettings and property management. Been using Whitegates (Leeds) for several years now to manage my rental property. I have complete faith in their expertise and management of the property. Help to sort out any issues arising with any remedial works and the tenancy effortlessly. Jo Harrison manages the team well, has prompt and good communication and is always at hand to help out. GoogleGreat service and really helpful staff. Kelly and Natalia kept us informed of progress every step of the way and were very supportive. Mirek was very helpful in advising what to do with the property to achieve the price we were looking for and gave a realistic guide to the asking price. I've used the team at Whitegates before to sell a property and would happily use them again.

GoogleIf I had a chance I would never ever use this agency again. We tried to put an offer on the house but the agent played the game with us saying one day that they had on offer already for 200 then another day he said they had an offer for 190. I think he tried to see if he will get more bookings on the next weekend. Finally he accepted our offer and sent confirmation by email on Friday night. But on Sunday night he sent another email saying that vendor has accepted the higher offer. How can you trust this agency after that? Also even after showing our interest on the property I had to call him few times per day .
