We're proud to have been serving the South Leeds area for 30 years, offering a wide range of properties for sale and to rent, not only in Beeston but also in Middleton, Belle Isle, New Forest Village, Holbeck, East Ardsley, Tingley, Morley, Rothwell, Oulton and Woodlesford. Franchise owner Mirek has over 30 years estate agency experience, starting as a negotiator in the City Centre branch and working his way up to Franchisor at the South Leeds office in 2001. Mirek has created a fantastic local team with combined experience of over 70 years who are well placed to answer any questions you have on buying, selling or renting in the area. Whitegates South Leeds bring a mix of traditional estate agency values with modern technology, giving the perfect blend of old and new. Jo Harrison and the team at Whitegates provide an excellent service for both landlords and tenants. Whenever there is a problem they are onto it very quickly and get things sorted out swiftly and economically. They have an excellent "can do" attitude and I highly recommend them.

GoogleIf I had a chance I would never ever use this agency again. We tried to put an offer on the house but the agent played the game with us saying one day that they had on offer already for 200 then another day he said they had an offer for 190. I think he tried to see if he will get more bookings on the next weekend. Finally he accepted our offer and sent confirmation by email on Friday night. But on Sunday night he sent another email saying that vendor has accepted the higher offer. How can you trust this agency after that? Also even after showing our interest on the property I had to call him few times per day .

I couldn’t find a registration of your name in the South Leeds Branch and we don’t currently have any properties for sale that received offers around the £200k mark, so I am convinced you may have left this negative review for the wrong branch/company. We’re based in South Leeds and mainly cover LS10, LS11 and LS27 postcodes. Additionally, a lady deals with all our sales properties and offers and you seem to be describing a gentleman. First rented a property six months ago and all went well, very smooth transaction from start to finish. After the six months was up I was asked in plenty of time if I wanted to carry on and extend a further 6 months to a year. I was so happy with their process that I decided on a full year. This transaction also went exceptionally smoothly. So happy with the service.

Natalia and Kelly provided an absolutely fantastic service throughout the period of our sale. As promised they kept in touch regularly including a weekly update. Any email or phone queries were acted upon at once and they ensured that all parties were kept informed of the outcome of any actions. What was, on occasion, a stressful process, was made easier to manage because of the reliable and professional service provided by both Natalia and Kelly. We don’t live in the area so the choice of estate agent was rather a shot in the dark; however, at no point did we regret that choice and would thoroughly recommend the Whitegates South Leeds Agency.

Whitegates South Leeds, were very professional in the way they sold my parents property for us, they kept us informed of every change in the process, from viewings to offers, defect repairs, exchange and completion.They were on the ball all the way, chasing solicitors, speaking to prospective buyers and then reporting back to us, they really kept us in the loop.It didn’t matter who you spoke to in the office, they would be able to give you an update on progress.Restored my faith in Estate Agents.

GoogleJo Harrison Jo is always happy to help me out if I report a repair she will try her best to get a trade person out on the same day or within that week I have been dealing with Jo for 2 years now and she never lets me or partner down, if there is any problems and you report it to Jo you can guarantee she will always email you back, she will try her best to get updates from the landlord aswell

Whitegates are such professionals, we rented our first apartment in the Uk and haven’t looked back since. Everyone in their office is lovely to speck to and calls are answered very timely. We have always dealt with Jo Harrison who is really amazing at what she does, quick to sort out issues and very much reasonable. This is our second property we are renting with them as our landlord sold the first so you can imagine how pleased we are with their services. We can’t wait to buy our first home with Whitegates :)
