We're proud to have been serving the South Leeds area for 30 years, offering a wide range of properties for sale and to rent, not only in Beeston but also in Middleton, Belle Isle, New Forest Village, Holbeck, East Ardsley, Tingley, Morley, Rothwell, Oulton and Woodlesford. Franchise owner Mirek has over 30 years estate agency experience, starting as a negotiator in the City Centre branch and working his way up to Franchisor at the South Leeds office in 2001. Mirek has created a fantastic local team with combined experience of over 70 years who are well placed to answer any questions you have on buying, selling or renting in the area. Whitegates South Leeds bring a mix of traditional estate agency values with modern technology, giving the perfect blend of old and new. We are here to help everyone, from young first-time buyers right through to those more experienced property sellers, and if you aren't 'internet savvy' don't worry, pop into the office and we can sit down and talk face to face. We recently bought our first home through Whitegates in LS11. I’m not going to pretend it was smooth sailing because it definitely wasn’t. There were plenty of obstacles in the way but the staff, in particular Helen, kept us updated, informed and calm the whole way. Even when faced with me being a little fraught about what was going on, it was reassuring to know you’ve got a team who can empathise whilst still remaining professional. We got there in the end and we couldn’t be happier.

Whitegates were really well prepared and professional when they came to value our property and guide us through how the whole process would work. The property sale and purchase was not an easy one (although not because of Whitegates). When selling my property I contacted a few local agents.I felt that Helen at Whitegates was the only one who said it as it is. No flannel or false sales promises and a valuation that matched mine rather than one to give the agent a guaranteed quick sale.I left everything to Helen and was kept informed of viewings and progress once sold and she certainly kept on top of the whole process as the buyers solicitors were very slow at responding to anything which meant the whole process took longer than necessary but this was no fault of Whitegates.Only reason for not giving 5 stars is that they are not open on Sundays which might affect some potential buyers. Not a problem for me though thankfully.

GoogleI’ve had nothing but positive experiences since starting to rent with Whitegates. I was actually relocating from County Durham in between lockdowns so as you can imagine, getting to view houses wasn’t the easiest! I had several viewings with other companies that rang me 10mins before I got to Leeds to say houses had been let. My most recent dealing was with Gabrielle to rent my contract for another year, which was smooth and easily done as always.
